Students For Rare at UC Davis, is an officially recognized chapter of the National Organization for Rare Disorders, has opened up 4 new officer positions — Vice President, Assistant Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Public Relations, and Assistant Director of Events. Our organization focuses on public outreach, community-driven educational events, and political advocacy to ensure rare disease individuals receive equitable care. The rare disease community is socially overlooked and medically underserved and as an officer of Students for Rare Diseases you will work to ensure this equal treatment is realized.
